You can view and manage your balances in Deqo under Settings → Billing.
Deqo tracks the following balances:
Account Balance
Prepaid funds you add to your account. Used for domain registrations, renewals, marketplace purchases, and third-party marketplace submissions. To withdraw your balance, contact Deqo Support. A 5% fee applies.
Account Points
Points associated with your Deqo account. Account Points are non-cashable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
BrandBucket Credits
Visible only when submitting a domain to BrandBucket. BrandBucket credits are consumed first when publishing.
Add Funds to Your Account Balance
Go to Settings → Billing
Select Balances → Add Credits
Review the fees and total.
Complete the payment.
Once the payment is successful, funds are added to your account balance immediately.
View Credit Deposits
Go to Settings → Billing
Open Deposits
This section shows your deposit dates, amounts, balances, and payment methods.
Important Notes
Credits are added only after successful payment.
Credits are applied automatically to eligible transactions.
Credits are non-transferable.
Deposit invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoices.
