If you're having trouble signing in to your Deqo account, the steps below can help resolve the most common login issues.

Check Your Login Details

Before troubleshooting further:

  • Confirm that you're using the correct email address associated with your Deqo account.

  • Verify that your password is entered correctly.

  • Make sure there are no extra spaces when copying and pasting your credentials.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

  4. Create a new password and sign in again.

If you don't receive the password reset email, check your Spam or Junk folder before requesting another reset.

Didn't Receive a Verification Code?

If you're prompted to verify your account and don't receive the verification email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Confirm that you entered the correct email address.

  • Request a new verification code.

Browser and Device Checks

If you're still unable to sign in:

  • Refresh the page and try again.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try signing in from a different browser or device.
