Receive Purchased Domains

Access your domain after a completed purchase.

After completing payment on the Deqo marketplace, your order enters escrow — a structured process managed by Deqo to ensure the domain is successfully delivered before funds are released to the seller.

Your order will appear in your account immediately after checkout.

Escrow Timeline

As your order progresses, you may see the following statuses:

  1. Payment Pending Verification
    Your order has been received and payment is being reviewed.

  2. Order Confirmed
    Your purchase has been secured and escrow has been opened.

  3. Seller Delivering Domain
    The seller is preparing and initiating the domain transfer.

  4. Domain Secured by Deqo
    Deqo has verified control of the domain and is preparing delivery.

  5. Transfer Setup
    The transfer process is being configured based on your selected registrar.

  6. Transfer in Progress
    The domain is actively being transferred.

  7. Domain Delivered
    The domain has arrived at your registrar account. Please verify that you have received it.

  8. Escrow Complete
    Receipt has been confirmed and the transaction is complete.

How Domain Delivery Works

The transfer process depends on where the domain is currently registered:

Same Registrar

If the domain is already registered at your preferred registrar, it can often be transferred via an account-to-account push, which is typically the fastest delivery method.

Different Registrar

If the domain is registered elsewhere, an inter-registrar transfer may be required using an authorization code. Depending on the registrars involved, this process can take up to 7 days.

Confirming Receipt

Once the domain has been delivered, you may be asked to confirm receipt.

Escrow closes only after the domain has been successfully delivered and verified, helping protect both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction.

  • You will receive email updates throughout the process.

  • Please follow any transfer-related instructions promptly to avoid delays.

  • If you do not receive expected emails, check your Spam or Junk folder.
