After a successful domain sale, your proceeds are added to your Deqo Sales Balance and become available for payout once the escrow process has been completed.
View Your Sales Balance
To view your balance:
Go to Settings.
Open the Payout tab.
Your Sales Balance is divided into three categories:
In Escrow - Funds from sales that are still being processed through escrow.
Due for Payout - Funds that are available to be withdrawn.
Paid Out - Funds that have already been sent to your payout method.
Set Up a Payout Method
Before receiving funds, you must configure a payout method.
To do this:
Go to Settings → Payout.
Select your preferred payout method (Wise, PayPal)
Enter the required account information.
Save your changes.
Available payout methods may vary based on availability and your location.
Request a Payout
When funds appear in Due for Payout, click Request Payout and follow the on-screen instructions.
Any applicable payout fees are displayed before you confirm the payout request.
Changing Your Payout Method
You can update your payout method at any time.
Changes to your payout method require a processing period of 2–3 business days before payouts can be sent to the new destination.
